7 Pin Trailer Pigtail

7 Pin Trailer Pigtail. Anyone have a diagram of which pins supply which functions? Can anyone advise, where the center pin gets it's power the blue wire won't show power with the key on and I've checked fuses but not sure how to identify at fuse box?
